I've been working on a stylesheet proposal on and off for
several months now, and it's finally at the point where it's
ready to publish.

However, I'm probably going to abandon it now. There are
other works in progress -- particularly the DSSSL-Lite
proposal -- which look much better.

There might be some good ideas in there somewhere, so
I'm putting it on the Web anyway.  Hypertext and Postscript 
versions are available; see
